Fabrics

We procure a wide range of woven and knit fabrics, including 100% cotton, cotton-polyester blends, viscose, lycra, and technical fabrics used in sportswear and performance apparel. Our sourcing partners undergo rigorous evaluation to ensure the fabrics meet international standards for:

Yarns & Threads

We use high-tensile strength sewing threads and specialty yarns sourced from reputable mills to ensure durability and resistance across various stitching applications. Our threads are tested for:

Trims & Accessories

All trims—including zippers, buttons, labels, tags, elastics, laces, and drawcords—are sourced from reliable vendors who meet our product and safety specifications. We ensure that each accessory is:

Nickel-free and non-toxic (especially for children’s garments)
Color-matched and pre-tested for durability
Sourced in compliance with OEKO-TEX® and REACH regulations, wherever required

Inspection & Verification

Before any raw material enters production, it undergoes a strict incoming quality inspection. This includes checks for:

Fabric GSM and dimensional accuracy
Color shade matching (lab dips and bulk approvals)
Physical and chemical testing
Trim size, finish, and branding accuracy

Materials that do not meet our standards are either rejected or sent back for replacement, ensuring zero compromise on product quality.
